I am very happy that “The Wedding Cake” is competing again in Poland at the 27th International Independent Film Festival in the name of Ireneusz Radz PUBLICYSTYKA 2020. In a country where some fundamental women rights are denied or fought against, I can only wish that my short could give a tiny contribution to the reflections about these issues.

Reykjavik Feminist Festival memories!
An article was just published about the second edition of the RVK Feminist Film Festival that is going to take place on January 2021, and I was pleased and surprised that they also mentioned “The Wedding Cake” as the winner of the first edition, publishing the poster image! Cool memories of the first festival “The Wedding Cake” was selected to, and winning!

Award from Demetera IFF safely received!
I am so proud of this award! Demetera International Film Festival managed to arrange an involving and emotional festival despite the restrictions imposed by coronavirus and despite being it online, I really had a beautiful experience of my participation!
Receiving the physical award today was a great gift and it confirmed the seriousness and dedication of the special people behind this event
Thank you SO MUCH, it means a whole lot to me
Interview by Ekko Filmmagasinet
Thea Torp from Danish Ekko Filmmagasinet interviewed me today, connected to my participation to the magnificent Copenhagen Short Film Festival, and it was a very interesting conversation! My knowledge of Danish language is limited but I got the most of it, and I am very pleased!

“The Wedding Cake” finally in Poland at the Tofifest!
I am very thrilled to be part of festival that makes it a point of being “rebellious”!
The Wedding Cake will be screened at the 18th edition of the Tofifest International Film Festival that will take place in Torun, from 17th October to 25th October 2020. The festival openly supports Belarusians by having a very interesting section called “Viva Belarus!”, presented by stating: “it will be a symbolic manifestation of our solidarity with the Belarusian people fighting for their freedom.
I am proud of being virtually there!
“The Wedding Cake” back in the US at the Boston Women’s Film Festival!
Boston!! I have so lovely memories from this city, and I wish I could go back! In the meanwhile, it is my big pleasure and honor to be there virtually again thru a festival that celebrates female power in film: what could be better?
Please join the Boston Women Film Festival from next week until the 18th of October!
